How many points do I earn?

Default is 1 point per $1 (before tax/shipping). Promotions may boost this rate.

How do I redeem a gift?

Add the gift to cart and continue checkout. On the payment step, select “Use Reward Points”. If your balance covers the gift, the price will be waived.

Can I combine points with bulk orders?

Yes. For large B2B orders, we can apply points plus volume discounts. Contact us for a quote.

Do points expire?

Unless stated in a promo, points don’t expire within 12 months of your last purchase.
